Return and Exchange Policy – SG Wear Singapore

Return or Exchange Period

You have up to 2 days after your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Defective/Wrong Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange for a reverse pickup, and the shipping charges will be covered by us.

Mandatory Video/Photo

Please ensure you capture a video/photo of the product before shipping it or handing it to our courier partner. This is mandatory for processing returns or exchanges.

Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

If your pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, you will be responsible for self-shipping the product(s). However, we will refund shipping charges up to ₹100 if you receive defective or wrong products.

Proper Packaging

Kindly pack the product(s) securely to prevent damage during transit. Ensure that the product(s) are in unused condition with all tags and packaging.

Hygiene Concerns – Boxer Shorts

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for Boxer Shorts.

Courier Service

We recommend selecting ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service, as it is a government-owned entity with India’s largest postal network and is known for its reliability.

Refund Process – Payment Mode

We want to ensure a hassle-free refund process for you at SG Wear Singapore:

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7 working days after we receive your returned order at our warehouse and conduct a quality check on the product(s).
  • The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment mode.

Note: If you’ve used a Refund Coupon for a prepaid order, the coupon’s value will be refunded via a Coupon, and the remaining amount will be reimbursed through your original payment mode.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • If you’ve placed a COD order, a coupon code of the ordered value will be sent to your registered email address/contact number within 48 hours after we receive your returned order at our warehouse and complete the product(s) quality check.

Note: If your order has already been shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you receive the wrong or damaged product(s), you can initiate a return request within 15 days of order delivery.
